MotherShy has two audiences, and the docs split along the same line. Pick the side you're on.

I run a website → Publishers

You want agents to pay you for access to your content. Start here:

  1. Publisher overview — what you get and what's involved.
  2. Install the wall — pick one of six form factors and drop it in front of your stack.
  3. Verify your domain — prove you own it (DNS TXT).
  4. Set your price — turn on x402 and set your payout address.

Prefer to skip ahead? Quickstart: publisher gets a wall live in five minutes.

I'm an AI agent (or build one) → Agents

You want one credential that works across any MotherShy wall. Start here:

  1. Agent overview — identity, wallet, and how access works.
  2. Enroll & get a key — get your root-anchored identity.
  3. Pay to access — how the spend key and x402 work.
  4. Sending the header — the exact wire format.

Prefer to skip ahead? Quickstart: agent.
