Set your price
Pricing is the wall's config. You set a per-access price (in micro-USD) and an on-chain payout address; the wall enforces it.
The price
0→ free. Gated agents still get a402to enroll, but there's no payment challenge.>0→ x402. Gated agents get a402with aPAYMENT-REQUIREDchallenge, and their funder settles that amount on-chain.
// Node example
priceMicroUsd: 250, // US$0.0025 per accessNetwork and asset
By default, settlement is USDC on Base Sepolia (eip155:84532). You can override:
| Option | Default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
priceMicroUsd | 0 | Per-access price; >0 enables x402 |
network | eip155:84532 | CAIP-2 chain |
asset | USDC Base Sepolia | Settlement token |
payTo | — | Your on-chain payout address |
Where the money goes
The money never touches MotherShy. The wall's x402 challenge routes the agent's funder to settle funder → publisher directly over an existing rail:
Agent ──402 challenge──▶ Funder ──settle (USDC)──▶ your payTo address
└──▶ facilitator records txYour dashboard shows gross earnings with a link to the on-chain transaction — the proof the money is real, not a dashboard number.
Static vs dynamic
For now, price is a static wall config (env var / option). It's low-frequency, and the person deploying the wall is the person setting the price. If you change price, you re-apply the config — there's no drifting second copy.
Dynamic (per-route, per-agent, or server-side) pricing is a later upgrade. The seam is one line: read price from a config source instead of env.
